Boom X is a dynamic solo multimedia performance written, directed, and performed by Rick Miller that captures the music, culture, and defining moments of Generation X. Picking up where the original Boom left off, this explosive one-person show takes audiences from Woodstock in 1969 through to the rise of the internet in 1995, weaving together history, politics, pop culture, and music. Through over a hundred vivid characters and engaging storytelling, Boom X offers a whirlwind journey through disco, video games, punk, the Cold War, and more, all delivered with humour, insight, and a powerful theatrical pulse.
