Nunsense is back!

Hailed by the New York Times as a "madcap revue that satirizes convent life with a hysterical anything-goes sense of fun," Nunsense begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, and they are in need of funds for the burials. The sisters decide to put on a variety show, so they take over the school auditorium, currently set up for the eighth grade production of "Grease." Here we meet Reverend Mother Mary Regina, a former circus performer who loves the spotlight; her competitive but dignified rival, second-in-command Sister Mary Hubert, the Mistress of Novices; a streetwise nun from Brooklyn named Sister Robert Anne; Sister Mary Leo, a novice who is a wannabe ballerina; and the delightfully wacky Sister Mary Amnesia, who lost her memory when a crucifix fell on her head.

Nunsense is the second longest running off-Broadway show in history. If you missed it last year be sure to get your tickets early for this limited run. For those who saw it last year, you’ll want to return for some familiar fun and a few new surprises!
